Guests on Turtle Island find open air dining to be as much fun as it is delicious and varied. Lantern-lit dinners are lively, as worldly problems seem to disappear in the joyous gatherings of our guests. For a romantic evening try a seaside moonlight dinner or a meal by lantern light on a floating pontoon in the middle of the Blue Lagoon. You’ll feast on freshly caught yellowfin tuna, lobster, crab, succulent Australian beef, native fruits, and sweet island grown vegetables picked just that afternoon from our organic vegetable garden.

Maybe grilled lobster with lemon grass or pork fillet with honey, ginger, and pineapple, followed by jasmine crème brulée with mint sorbet. Fine French, Italian, Australian, New Zealand and U.S. wines and champagnes are poured generously throughout the evening.
